Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager at SupplyHive, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value from our platform. You’ll work closely with customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion—driving engagement, retention, and success.
This role requires a strong blend of relationship-building, product understanding, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships post-implementation, acting as the primary point of contact
- Drive successful onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing platform usage
- Understand customer goals and align SupplyHive solutions to their business objectives
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and success metrics
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas within accounts
- Partner with Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs
- Lead regular check-ins, success reviews, and value-based conversations
- Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating ROI and long-term value
- Collect and share customer feedback to help shape product improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and act on customer insights
- Collaborative attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with procurement, supplier management, or enterprise platforms is a plus
